20% is the ideal concentration to start with CBD and when you want to define the quantity that you need to take. It’s best that you start slowly to ajust the optimum number of drops that you need to take everyday. We usely recommand to take between 5 and 10 drops each days, but nobody better than you can dertermine the best quantity that suit you.
In the 20% CBD oil each drop contain about 3 milligram of pure CBD, by taking around 7 drops a days your organism will assimilate around 10mg of cannabidiol daily. It’s a pretty reasonable amount of cannabidiol to take daily.
CBD can have a light dull effect, event if the 20% oil is not too concentrate in CBD, it is recommanded to use this food supplement before going to sleep. Please do not use high concentrate CBD before driving.
