3% is the ideal concentration to start with CBD and when you want to define the quantity that you need to take. It’s best that you start slowly to ajust the optimum number of drops that you need to take everyday. We usely recommand to take between 5 and 10 drops each days, but nobody better than you can dertermine the best quantity that suit you.
In the 3% CBD oil each drop contain about 1.5 milligram of pure CBD, by taking around 7 drops a days your organism will assimilate around 10mg of cannabidiol daily. It’s a pretty reasonable amount of cannabidiol to take daily.
CBD can have a light dull effect, event if the 3% oil is not too concentrate in CBD, it is recommanded to use this food supplement before going to sleep. Please do not use high concentrate CBD before driving.

I had sleeping trouble for years and was only able to sleep with the help of melatonin. Year after year i had to increase the quantity for it to stay efficient. Morning were more and more difficult and sometime i had to take 2 hours to be fully awake. Things changed drastically since i use this oil … I take around 10 drops each day about 30 minutes to an hour before going to bed. I can clearly feel that my mind is more relaxed and my body more keen to sleep. It’s not a chemical shock that force me to sleep like with the melatonin. The next morning i have no problem at all to get up and no cloudy mind.
